​Qi cultivation is about expanding our consciousness as we connect and use the subtle energy of Qi. What is the Qi Cultivation Process?

  1. Awareness. Qi is often described as that invisible, subtle, spiritual, and universal energy that gives us form and life itself. Being aware there is more resources available to help us in our life journey (besides what we can see and touch) is part of the Qi cultivation process.   
  2. Sensing Qi. The way you will first connect with this invisible resource is through your ability to tune in and sense its presence. Once you start to be open to receive these subtle energies, and can sense it, you will start to have more experiences in connecting to this additional resource.   
  3. Tune Into Feelings. Your feelings are your one means your body will communicate with you. Tuning into your feelings and being able to identify what is happenin in and around you, will help you improve your ability to sense, analyze, and respond to Qi. 
  4. Interpret Subtle Messages. Now that you are sensing subtle energies and are tuned into your feelings, your ability to improve your ability to interpret those subtle messages, impressions, and communications will grow.  
  5. Focused Intent. The next step will be to learn to direct, move, and use subtle energy through your focused thoughts and intentions. This is when you not only receive these subtle messages and impression, you now start to direct, move, and even change these subtle energies. 
  6. Tools. There are different subtle energies and tools that can help you improve how you manage, change, use, and transform those subtle energies.Using the tools (with the sensing, feelings, and focused intent) is when you will really start to see more changes and transformations happen.
  7. Door of Wonder is Now Open. This step of the Qi cultivation process is when the true magic begins.This is when you more easily step into the world of subtle energy and things, which have been hidden, are now available and open to you.This is when you become truly empowered to gain insight, knowledge, and also change the experiences you have in your world.
