- the desire to sense energy,
- then pausing and directing your thoughts and attention to the what you want to sense,
- then allow yourself to FEEL what is happening within you, and then
- let your thoughts interpret those feelings.
You can use this process to better assess the subtle energies in your environment, such as your home, your room, or your work. This can help you recognize where, and even how, to change and improve these subtle energies-- or if you need to leave.
You can use this process to also assess the subtle energies of other people around you. This can help you determine which individuals your inner self is negatively reacting to, or which ones are a positive connection and are helping your own inner-self expand and grow.
You can develop and improve your skills to sense those subtle, invisible, spiritual energies that are in all living things. Knowing which energies you interact with and help you feel good, as well as which energies smother and drain you, can help you make wiser decisions and better choices.
