You Can Train Yourself to Sense Subtle Energies

You can train yourself to sense subtle energies within your body, in your environment, as well as with other people. Essentially it is a matter of having
  • the desire to sense energy,
  • then pausing and directing your thoughts and attention to the what you want to sense,
  • then allow yourself to FEEL what is happening within you, and then
  • let your thoughts interpret those feelings.
You can do this process to better assess what is going on in your body, or what is affecting your body. For example, you can tune in and assess which foods and beverages your body agrees with, and which ones your body prefers you stay away from.

You can use this process to better assess the subtle energies in your environment, such as your home, your room, or your work. This can help you recognize where, and even how, to change and improve these subtle energies-- or if you need to leave.

You can use this process to also assess the subtle energies of other people around you. This can help you determine which individuals your inner self is negatively reacting to, or which ones are a positive connection and are helping your own inner-self expand and grow.

You can develop and improve your skills to sense those subtle, invisible, spiritual energies that are in all living things. Knowing which energies you interact with and help you feel good, as well as which energies smother and drain you, can help you make wiser decisions and better choices.

The Phases of a Spiritual Awakening

There are different phases of a person's spiritual awakening process.
  1. The first phase is the awakening of the individual. This refers to awakening their spiritual feelings.
  2. Phase two is awakening the concept that the individual’s feeling have self worth and value.
  3. Phase three is allowing these feelings to be trusted and recognizing the benefits that arise. Once they have received an independent intuitive thought or feeling, if acted upon, will produce the truth of the feeling.  As you rely upon your intuitive feelings you discover their truth or reality.
  4. The fourth phase is that once you begin to trust your intuitive feelings and recognize its reality then you can independently sense what is correct or false without having to have it physically confirmed.
  5. The next phase is one that after having established a personal ethics based upon correct principles, which is also in phase 4. You can begin to realize that you yourself contain the seed or beginnings of greatness within and that others who may instruct in these things are at best teaching from their own experience and worse, from someone else's experience. However, once the individual has achieved this phase of self reliance, you can then accept others for who they are as well as accept them as not their superior or inferior but as themselves individually.

Using Anchor Points to Move in Time

One of the skills a person can learn is to move through time. This is a spiritual gift and is known as "past life regression and future sensing". It is not that your physical body is moving through time. It is your energetic self that travels and moves. Your physical body will stay in the present time and space. Your energetic, spiritual self is projected out of the physical boundaries of your body journeys to another place along the time continuum. The place it goes can be described as a mental "anchor point" in time.

It is easier for your energetic, spiritual self to move along the timeline if you can mentally visualize the place to where your energetic self is to go. In addition, it is also easier to move to a place in the past, especially if this was a time and location where you were formerly incarnated. This is because your energetic self can more easily locate and find your personal essence you left behind at that time and place.

When I started to explore how to develop and use those skills, I first accepted the idea that I had prior incarnations. Then I desired to know about some of those former incarnations and asked to have information about a prior incarnation brought forward. I was now mentally focused to receive such messages.

I then had a dream that felt significant. In this dream it seemed like I was white woman in a Southern state in the USA. I was dressed in a pale pastel dress that looked like it was from the early 1900's with a big hat. I was outside, standing on a big porch and was asking for money for the fight for women's rights. A black woman came by, hearing my words, and gave me ALL her money. It was coins of silver and I knew this was her entire life's savings and every penny she had, and she was freely giving it to me and entrusting it with me to help secure women's rights in the South. The coins totaled $25. I then awoke and meditated on the dream to better understand the dream message.

I was made aware this was 1915 in Mississippi and this black woman who gave me her entire life's savings to help women was Mary, my Spiritual Guide.

Later, I used that former incarnation of a life in 1915 in Mississippi as an anchor point to help me visualize a time and place to project and visit. Then, during a deep meditation, I projected my energetic, spiritual self to that anchor point in time with a purpose to bring and distribute subtle, spiritual energy, with a focus on civil rights, women's empowerment, and justice - back to that point in time and space.

This is how I started to develop and expand this skill - discovering anchor points and then sensing what type of energy may be needed to help soften or improve life at that point in time.

Try the Different Tools to See What Works for You

2/18/2019

There are different tools you can use to help you get your personal energetic frequencies more aligned and balanced so they can connect with the subtle energies "out there". When you have that connection, amazing things happen. Doors can open. Places can be explored. New experiences, feelings, ideas, different perspectives are made available and can be grasped and enjoyed. It can be like listening to a song that moves you, which may be just one time, and for whatever reason become transformed as that piece is played. Then, the song ends, dissipates, and the energy starts to slowly change, which is what will happen - energy is a flow. It is always moving and changing. But you can sit and continue to absorb those sensations so they are imprinted within your soul, and enjoyed, and then you move on.

It is as if life is filled with possibilities to help you better align yourself to the energy frequencies you need or desire. It is almost as if there is a scattering of pitch perfect purity to take you to another realm just in front of you and waiting for you to wake up and notice it. Until then, the energies around you will continue to flow and move, always being near to allow you the opportunity to come and play.

Meditation Techniques

When you start to train yourself to meditate, teachers will often advise you to set up a routine so the process will more easily become a habit. The expert advice is usually
  • to meditate at a certain time each day,
  • for a certain amount of time (such as 15 minutes),
  • in a consistent environment (such as in certain chair, with or without a candle, with or without incense, etc.)
  • wear loose fitting clothes
Some teachers will also recommend you use the same meditation process each time you meditate, such as closing your eyes, taking a certain number of breaths in and out, visualize your chakras, or maybe even using certain hand positions (called mudras). All of these are techniques to help train your mind and body to more easily get you into the "meditation zone". The meditation zone is  where your sensations change and your "monkey mind" turns off. This is where you feel what some call  "inner bliss", or "peace of mind", or "the connection with the vortex and source energy", or "stepping out of your physical self". The more you practice your daily meditation and use the same techniques each time, the  more quickly your mind and body will bring you to that "meditation zone".

These meditation techniques provide you with a tried and true method get you to that space where true wonder and awe begins. But it doesn't mean it is the ONLY way to get there. In fact, once you have that process under your belt, you may also want to explore using other methods or adding to your meditation tool kit. Why? Because different meditation procedures can open different doors and take you to new paths.

For example, you can try meditating during a different time of day, or add more meditation slots into your day, or even meditate for longer periods, for example, Or you can try different positions, such as a standing meditation, or a walking meditation, or meditate with your eyes open. You can try meditating when you are in the air (such as on an airplane) or meditating as you float in water (or on a boat). You can also use various tools to stimulate your different senses (sound, smells, tastes, touch, etc.) in your meditation as well.

There are many wonders and a vast array of experiences awaiting you once you learn how to get into the "meditation zone". But there are also new pathways and doors that you can explore when you try going broader or deeper in your meditations.

A way you can improve your skills to sense different subtle energies is to pay more attention to how you feel. You can start by paying attention to how you feel at different times during day, and then see if you can associate a cause and affect to what you are feeling. Is For example, do you feel differently based on the time of day it is? Or do you feel differently due to what you ate? Or where you are located? Or with the people you are with? Or could it be based on what you are thinking about? Or hearing?

Bringing your mind and thoughts back to what you are feeling, and then determine why, is one way to help you improve your skills to feel and sense different subtle energies.

Why Learn to Cultivate Spiritual Energy?

Picture
The reason a person may want to cultivate spiritual energy process is to enhance and deepen your life experiences. When you cultivate spiritual energy, you change your personal energetic vibration so it can match to different subtle, spiritual energies. When your inner energetic self matches a certain frequency, you can then connect with, interact, direct, use, and communicate with that energetic frequency. When this happens, you have spiritual experiences that are aligned with that energy frequency.

For example, you begin to SENSE things beyond your physical senses. You may start to see nonphysical images, for example. Or be able to move through time and space. Or know things but not know how you know them.

There are different tools to help you learn to change your personal energetic self, such as food, sex, sound, color, ritual, meditation, contact & movement. There are also different methods to help you improve how you connect and align with these different energetic vibrations to enhance the results you receive.

Learning to cultivate, sense, connect with, and partner with these different subtle energies will change your life. It opens a door into new understanding and awareness. And one of the best things is this process of cultivating spiritual energy stays with your energetic body and self. It creates new and different energetic threads that will stay with you beyond this physical life.

Cultivating the Spiritual Energy Skill to Sense the Future

12/2/2018

Picture
The energy of the 3rd chakra is an energy frequency, which allows you to move in time. Essentially you can move backwards and visit an anchor point in the past, or you can move forward and SENSE a future. Moving and visiting the past feels more “solid” than just sensing the future. This is because the past is mentally considered “done and completed” whereas the future feels more fluid and ethereal. The future, after all, is more subject to change.

The skill of sensing the future usually begins first with mental impressions. You then become more accepting of your impressions and with that acceptance and confidence, you then start to receive even greater details with your impressions. For example, at first you may sense singular concepts, such it feels like we need to look for a key. Or you may even see images, such as "I see a key". As your skills improve, you may even get greater clarity and details, such as "I see an old skeleton key buried in the dirt near an old oak tree". As this skill improves even more, you may also start to sense or see multiple objects or images that may be tied together. In a way, it may feel like you are sticking your head through an energetic filter of floating lint, and as you stretch your neck, the denseness of that floating lint gets less and less, allowing you more clarity until you have no filter at all.

For me, I more of a visual person, so most of my sensing of the future has become a visual experience. I have also noticed that if I am participating in an activity that requires me to sense the future, the vibrancy of the colors improved or changed, as my skills improved. At first, I saw things mostly in grays or black and white. As the skill improved, I started to notice colors. At first they were more muted and faded, or soft colors. With more skill, the colors also became richer and more detailed.

Also be aware there are different techniques to sense the future, and a technique may or may not work with you. This is because we each have a different energetic signature (or frequency) and some methods may work for your friend, but may not work for you. Also be aware, different teachers will use different techniques to help you sense the future. For example, some Shaman practices will require group participation, using drumming and chanting, with a guided meditation. Other techniques use physical tools, such as the iChing, an ancient Chinese text, which matches numbers thrown by chance when you contemplate a specific and exact question, and then you match it to the response in the ancient text. But my preferred method has been to use an individual process focused with meditation. The process I use is to connect to a “thread” within the prime radiant timeline that is associated with the person I am seeking answers for, or a future date range, or location. I then mentally take that thread and become anchored to the point of my question within the prime radiant itself. I then observe and listen within that meditation.

What I have learned in this process to improve my skills of sensing the future, is that I now have an even greater awareness and appreciation this gift is just showing a POSSIBLE future. It is not an exact and solid future; it includes some fine print that says, "this future is subject to change". And it can and it does. This is because energy flows change all the time, and this may cause the future you sensed or saw to possibly change, too.

Sensing the future is a spiritual gift that provides additional information. This additional information can then be used to help us become better prepared.

Your Sensations Enhance When You Cultivate Spiritual Energies

When you start to cultivate spiritual energy, you most likely will start having more spiritual experiences, such as seeing flickering lights, or interacting with spiritual beings, or having more significant dreams. But you may also notice new sensations within your body, mind, or spirit. For me I started to feel I was now stepping outside the confines of my body each time I meditated, and with it came a sensation of  total freedom, delight, and wonder.

I also started to notice that when I was in this state of expanded freedom, I was better at conversing and receiving guidance. Later, I also noticed how I was getting better results from the spiritual cultivation process during these  "expansion windows". Then I noticed having a lot more spiritual experiences occurring.

Over time, I also began to feel sensations I call "the wobbles" as if my inner self was always vibrating. At first, it felt "thick and dense" but over time, it changed to feeling more like a gentle "hum" - kind of like the purr of a refrigerator. For a long time, I didn't know what this was or what it meant. Later I realized this is what is meant by "trying to increase your vibration". For me, this was not something I worked on - it just happened. It was an automatic transition and sensation. What I have discovered, however, is this seems to allow me to  "connect" with other subtle, spiritual energies at almost any time. I no longer have to be in a meditative state to connect with spiritual energies. I can now connect with different spiritual frequencies with mental focus and intention, almost on an ad hoc basis.

Dancing Sparks of Light on the Ceiling

11/24/2018

PictureFlickers of Bright Lights on the Ceiling
Two sparks of bright lights on my ceiling were displaying in the dark of night while I lay on my bed. They almost looked like bright stars, but then they started to move. It looked like these stars were dancing, as they moved and flowed across and around the ceiling. Every once in a while they bumped into each other and I would hear a soft crackle as the sparks hit one another.

I later learned these sparks of dancing stars were my two Spiritual Guides projecting themselves in a manner I could see them and would not be afraid It was their way to let me know of their presence - a stronger type of physical validation than just one of my feelings or hunches. They wanted to say hello, provide comfort and support to me, as well as to keep me engaged in this new quest of learning to work and cultivate spiritual energy.

My Spirit Guides knew that a student needs reinforcement and encouragement in a new journey that is often filled with mystery, skepticism, and not a lot of peer support. This physical display of moving sparks of light was one of the ways they decided to keep me engaged, interested, and curious.

Eventually, this type of communication ended as we transitioned to other types of validation and encouragement in this journey of discovery. But in the initial months of my training, I was greeted at bedtime with one or two dancing stars on my ceiling to help keep me motivated.
