We cultivate Qi in our bodies to help improve our health and wellness - essentially as a means to keep the vehicle that houses our soul - in tip-top condition. But, we also want to be able to improve the Qi in our environment, too.
It is rather obvious that if our environment is healthy - free of pollutants and chemicals that may harm us - we have a higher probability of keeping our bodies healthy. It is also obvious that if we can be in an environment that is not filled with negative emotions (such as anger, hatred, jealousy, fear, rage, etc.) this, too, would provide a better environment for us to live in.
There are different ways we can improve the Qi and energy flow in our environment, like Feng Shui, or clearing the clutter. But another technique is to focus on the Qi in our living space, and improving the character, vibrancy, and purpose of that Qi.
Here are some quick and easy examples of clearing and improving the subtle energy of Qi in your home (or living space):
You can make up your own little ritual or activity so it makes sense to you, but you will should engage in this cultivation activity on a regular basis to keep the Qi nourished and flowing.

Here are some quick and easy examples of clearing and improving the subtle energy of Qi in your home (or living space):
- You can engage in a regular weekly meditation and visualize bringing in clear, and vibrant Qi into your living space. You may also direct this subtle energy with a purpose, such as "I am visualizing loving energy flowing freely into my home" or "I am bringing in creative energy into my home" or "I am bringing in a vibrant healing energy into this room to help heal anyone who walks through this door".
- You can do a meditative-type-ritual, where you take a sage stick, light it so it smokes, and then walk around the room distributing the smoke in the room. While you do this, your visualize the energy of the smoke purging and clearing any negative energy in the room. You then need to fill the room with vibrant Qi. You can do this via a meditation, or you can take some salt water, bless it with vibrant Qi, and then sprinkle the water gently in each corner of the room, either saying (or thinking) of a the energy of love and protection.
- You can take some a 4 crystal rocks and soak them in salt water, and bless the salt water bath with vibrant Qi (or loving, protective energy). You then take the blessed stones and place one in each corner of a room, meditating or blessing the energy in the room as you place each crystal in its corner.
