We often only focus on our physical, tangible reality that clings to the ideas that if it can't be measured, seen, or felt, it isn't real. The problem with this concept is the assumption that our physical tools can work in this invisible, subtle reality, but they don't. Our physical tools only work in a physical world. In the invisible, subtle reality, a different set of tools and skills are needed. It is this other set of tools that helps us access this invisible world, enter it, and work in it.
Many of us sense and feel there is something beyond what our physical, tangible world implies. We are drawn to stories, books, or movies that are magical, or heroic, or showing us how to move through insurmountable odds. We may have an empty awareness associated with the physical measures of success, such as fame, fortune, money, beauty, and power. Some may feel a type of craving for more meaning and purpose, but may also feel an inability to grab on and hold it.
One reason for these feelings is a type of inner awareness within our energetic self - our soul, telling us there is more than just the 4% of reality we are comfortable in. We sense a type of pull towards looking beyond the physical boundaries and believe the answers and guidance we seek may be there. The problem is often not knowing how we can get those answers.
To access this invisible nonphysical world one will need to use tools that can transcend the filter that lies between this physical and nonphysical worlds. The tools do NOT require being a certain gender, age, or from a certain religion. In fact, no specific credentials are required. What is needed is the person be able to direct their thoughts. These skills are primarily acquired through meditation, focused attention (mindfulness), and intention. With these skills, a person can then learn how to access that into that realm of the invisible reality and energy. However, if a person wants to move beyond just being able to interact and work with this spiritual realm, they would need to learn to match their personal energetic vibration with the energy in that invisible realm. This is done through using the tools of cultivating spiritual energies.
Learning how to move and interact with the "filter" that rests between our physical reality and this nonphysical reality, can help you get the answers you seek. Learning how to match your vibration with different types of invisible energies can give you some amazing spiritual experiences, insight, and knowledge.
Additional information on the tools and methods are included in the book "Cultivating Spiritual Energy".
