Sending, Moving, Directing, and Transforming Spiritual Energy
Subtle, spiritual energy will follow and move based on your thoughts; this is why learning how to focus our thoughts and having clear intention is so important. It is our thoughts that can help move, direct, and transforms spiritual energy. Thoughts are energy and is often the trigger and method used to move spiritual energy.
Step 1) Tune in, be aware, and focus your thoughts on what you see, or what you feel, or what you smell, or what you taste, or what you are doing. You can’t skip this step if you are trying to move spiritual energy. Don’t multi-task and don’t hurry. You can train yourself to “be present” and mindful. The more focused and clear your thinking is, the better results you will have. |
Step 2) In this next step, you are desiring a result or an action to occur, you must give your thoughts direction. With step two, you add the action to guide your thoughts to what you are expecting or desiring to happen.

Step 3) The third step is to bring in the energy of gratitude, happiness, or love into the process. This is not necessarily a required step, BUT if you do this, it is as like an exclamation point and seems to ‘seal the deal’. You use this energy to expand or deepen the subtle energy and to reinforce the desired results.

Focused thoughts and intention are the vital step for cultivating subtle, spiritual energy.
