Receiving & Interpreting Subtle Messages

Picture
Part of the spiritual energyi cultivation process is to not only sensing subtle energy, it is also about learning to interpret and understand the subtle message communications. You will receive these subtle communications in different ways. At first it may be with your senses of touch, sound, taste, smell, or hearing something you know is not physically there. It may also be communicated to you via your feelings - you will things something that perhaps seems out-of-the-ordinary or can not be explained. Sometimes this means a gut reaction to something, or an intense and immediate fear, or an overwhelming feeling of being safe, at peace, or content.

The greater your ability to sense spiritual energies become, then the more refined your ability to RECEIVE incoming subtle messages. For those who are visual people, you will most likely start to see images in your minds, or your dreams will become deeper and more frequent. Or you may start to see visions or even see (or sense) visitations of nonPhysical Beings. Some may be able to experience telepathic communication and thoughts, as well as conversations, are being sent directly to your mind. The skill of telepathy is what would be the most developed communication skill to have, because it is the one that is most natural and also the easiest to interpret and understand because there is little need to learn how to interpret the message when it flows directly into your mind.

Types of Subtle Messages and Communication

Hunches and Impressions

The most common type of subtle messages are with hunches and impressions and is a gateway that grows and nurtures the subtle communication process.
These subtle messages of hunches and impressions are the most difficult to understand and interpret because they are vague and usually have no structure. Once you receive and impression or a hunch, you need to try it out. This helps you validate how you interpreted the message and if your interpretation was correct.
By trying out the message, it helps you improve your skills in correctly deciphering impressions or hunches. You then will begin to not only receive even more hunches and impressions, you will improve your ability to correctly interpret the message.
Eventually, the messaging process will expand and will include additional subtle information, such as ideas, thoughts, and even telepathic messages.

Intuition and Inspiration

Inspiration and intuition are a type of Qi communication where your thoughts have been sent subtle energy that resulted in a feeling and thought to encourage you towards a probable action.

Telepathy

Telepathy is way of projecting &/or receiving mental thoughts to a particular location or person. This is done by first becoming in tune and then mentally concentrating, and mentally willing a thought or concept to that location or person.
  1. First you become comfortable.
  2. Focus your attentions and your mind on the object of who you wish to contact. This is called addressing.
  3. Now, visualize the message being sent.
  4. Visualize rays of energy leaving you and traveling to the other person.
  5. Choose a fequency of energy (such as color or sound) may help carry the message in that energy frequency.
  6. As you meditate or are in the meditative state, visualize these messages leaving yourself, then the color which you see them, and yourself or the other person in the frequency of light which you are going to send or communicate your message.
  7. If you visualize multiple colors, you are visualizing multiple frequencies, which will take more spiritual energy to send or receive the message.

Visitations  or Apparitions

Sometimes there may be occasions when Spiritual Beings visit you. Sometimes you can sense the presence of their energy field and being. Other times, you can physically see them.
Often this process is dependent on the skills of who is presenting themself to you and their ability to gather and command subtle energy to appear physical. Other times it is dependent on the receiver and their ability to sense, feel, and/or see subtle energy.  and to present themselves so you physically see them through your eyes.

Dreams

Types of Dreams
There are different types of dreams
  • regular dreams
  • real dreams
Regular dreams are those which have no significance and are generated by your conscious mind reviewing and unloading information generated in the recent past or experiences.
Real dreams are the ones that are significant and have a message. These types of dreams are often directed by your Spiritual Guide or through your Higher Self. The dreams with the strongest impression usually have a purpose.
Train Yourself to Remember Your Dreams
  • Before you go to sleep, tell yourself you want to remember your dreams. This will alert your mind to pay attention and to bring back images, feelings, impressions, and details. Over time, your ability to bring back details of your dreams will improve.
  • Just Before You Wake, use this time to start recall your dream.Much of the recall comes when you are int his in-between sleep and being awake.
  • Tune into Your Feelings and determine how you feel about the dream. Is it lingering with you? If so, it may be a real dream rather than just a regular dream.
How to Interpret Your Dream
  1. Established an overview of the dream.  How do you obtain an overview? You recall the dream in detail. Do not suppose answers during the overview process. Ask questions about the details and seek what may be important or contradictions or unusual or normal events. In other words, what stands out in the dream? (Because a dream is your own, you will have the advantage in its interpretation).
  2. Interpret the overview.  Interpretation is what the dream images represent. Interpretation is taking the images and translating them into a message. Sometimes the process can feel like the game of charades - taking images and clues and then piecing them together.
  3. Gain the insight and meaning of the dream.Insight is the lesson or the teaching to be learned. The insight can come from the mind or the Higher Self. Generally it is the subconscious trying to inform the conscious. The dreams that seem to standout vividly and have a tremendous impact are generally from your Higher Self.
  4. Keep an Open Mind.  In the interpretation process, maintain an open mind. Once you have thought about an interpretation and have decided that it is not complete, you must be willing to disregard that interpretation. As you explore interpretations to dreams, permit your mind to wander and explore other completely unrelated possibilities.

Visions

Visions are usually visuals that happen with your eyes open, and are face-to-face. Visions are created by subtle energy, but the subtle energy has been temporarily transformed to appear as physical and tangible.

Visuals that happen during meditations, with your eyes closed shut, are usually considered a meditative-type of vision because it is INWARD and directed to your mind.
